Bridgeville Volunteer Fire Company

On Monday June 22nd at 2056 hours Bridgeville Fire Dept. along with Sussex County Paramedics and DSP Trooper 2 were alerted for a vehicle accident at Camp Rd and Cannon Rd. Engine 72-1 went responding at 2101 under the direction of Chief Cannon with a crew of 6. Sussex reported that there was one vehicle overturned with one subject trapped inside. On arrival Chief Cannon took command and placed Asst. Chief Willey in charge of extrication. After stabilization and extrication was completed the patient was transported to Nanticoke Memorial Hospital by Ambulance B72. Responding Units : Engine 72-1, Rescue 72-6, Ambulance B-72, Medic 107, and DSP Aviation Trooper 2.
